Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at beccadee62@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions from there.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, certain items such as bath mats and bedding may not be eligible for return once opened. Please check the individual product listing for details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
